Carcoar Improvements
Some long anticipated projects around the village are now coming to fruition. The Picket fence around the ring at the showground is complete and looks splendid while the redevelopment of the tennis court area in Naylor street is well underway. The old tennis court is being replaced by a new multi-purpose court and playground.


Calling Volunteers
The Carcoar Urban Landcare Group is seeking volunteers to join them for a major planting day to be held in mid winter. The planting session will be held at the stage two section of the Revive Project at Pound Flat along the Belubula behind the showground. Heritage Workshop
Last Saturday a workshop to provide information and practical advice on heritage buildings was held at the Carcoar Hospital Museum. David Scobie, council heritage advisor, and Phillip LeBreton, heritage builder and Tafe teacher from Bathurst, were the presenters at this well attended event.
