Carcoar Village residents are invited to this event to welcome all new residents, workers and business owners who have moved here in the past 12 months. BBQ lunch, dessert cakes and soft drink all provided by the Carcoar Village Association free. Entertainment includes live music, a drumming exhibition and belly-dancing. Development Coordinator Appointed
Blayney shire council has appointed a new development coordinator for Carcoar. We welcome Kim Martin who will be responsible for looking after the villages of Carcoar, Newbridge, Barry and Hobbys Yards. Kim is looking forward to the role of supporting our local community groups in ticking off the many great projects they have on their 'to do' lists. Any community groups interested in applying for grant funding should contact Kim at kimmartinwork@outlook.com


Get Ready For Showtime!
The 2018 Carcoar show is rapidly approaching and the show Committee and Stewards are hard at work organising the many activities and events for this year's show on Saturday 27th October.
Always a hit with the kids(and adults) the old Kentucky Animal Farm will once again be a feature of the show. A special addition will be Neville Burns from Blue Mountains Reptile Awareness. Neville will have 4 demonstrations at the show. In his demos he cuts through the myths and answers so
