Carcoar School of Arts Community Hall
On Sunday 22 the Carcoar School of Arts Community Hall Committee held its AGM. The election of office bearers took place with Kim Bright re-elected as president. The committee is currently looking at obtaining funding to undertake urgent repairs to the hall which has been a focus for community gatherings for well over a century. Christmas in July
On Saturday July 21 the Lyndhurst RSL sub branch hosted 'Christmas In July' at the Carcoar School of Arts. Around forty RSL members and guests attended the event which included a three course luncheon as well as raffles and special prizes. A big thank you to Kim and Phil Morecome who did the catering.

Wiradjuri Art Project Meeting
At a recent gathering local Wiradjuri artist Nyree Reynolds discussed her ideas for a series of murals on the four large pillars of the highway overpass at Pound Flat. All who attended the meeting were very supportive of Nyree's vision which chronicles “A Day in the Life of a Wiradjuri Family”. Now A final preliminary meeting will be held at the river crossing site at Pound Flat on Thursday July 5 at 1.30pm. This meeting will aim to create the final draft of the project to be
