Sad news with the passing of yet another Carcoar identity. John Thompson was born into a farming family and spent his early years growing up in and around Cowra. With the 140th Carcoar Show just around the corner, the committee is looking for any photos you may have of past shows to use in this year's program. Christmas In July
On Saturday July 15 the Lyndhurst RSL sub branch hosted 'Christmas In July' at the Carcoar School of Arts. Around thirty RSL members and guests attended the event which included a three course luncheon as well as raffles and special prizes. A big thank you to Kim and Phil Morecome who did the catering.
