Carmanhurst Village Cluster Formed

Last Thursday a special meeting was held at the Lyndhurst Hall to begin the process of forming a combined group from Carcoar, Mandurama & Lyndhurst to be known as the Carmanhurst Village Cluster. Blayney Council General Manager Rebecca Ryan stated at the meeting that the new cluster committee would not usurp the function of any of its affiliated groups but would merely oversee the role of the cluster co-ordinator whose job will be to source external grant funding, promote local events and represent the association in its dealings with Council.
