Momentum Builds For Carcoar Village Fair

Billed as 'A Day of Fun for Everyone', the Carcoar Village Fair attracts thousands of visitors to the historic village of Carcoar in the NSW Central Tablelands each year. Thanks to the efforts of local volunteers Carcoar can also claim to host the largest Australia Day celebration in the Central West which is no small feat for a community of around 200 residents. The list of attractions is going to be even bigger in 2019 and to allow this fantastic event to grow, the entry cost will be raised to $5 for adults (children under 12 still free). This is outstanding value for money considering the huge amount of entertainment on offer throughout the day. Organisers are currently seeking volunteers to assist with preparations on the day and are also encouraging stall holders, musicians and entertainers who would like to participate in the fair to get in touch.
