Eighteen years after they last took to the field the newly reformed Carcoar Crows Rugby League team have played their first round of footy. The Crows were triumphant defeating the Orange Barbarians 8-0 and the CSU Mungoes 22 -12. The games were part of the new Western Rugby League's inaugural Community Cup. The first round was played at Spring Hill in front of an enthusiastic crowd and is played as a short round-robin style footy competition.
Next round of the Western Rams Rugby League community cup will be held on August 31 at Burrangong. Carn the Crows!
